HTC is introducing a new Android device in India, the HTC Desire Z. This slide out QWERTY handset, features a 3.7 inch Super Clear LCD touchscreen display with a 480×800 pixel resolution. This full QWERTY slide out keyboard will make heavy text message users very happy.
The Desire Z runs on a 800Mhz Qualcomm MSM7230 CPU with 512MB RAM and 1.5GB internal memory. Android Froyo 2.2 will be installed along with HTC updated Sense UI and with HTC Sense support.
On top of these features, the Desire Z has a 5-megapixel camera with flash at the back, that is capable of recording 720p HD videos. Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1, DLNA and GPS are among other features available for the Desire Z. According to HTC, the 1300mAh battery of the Desire Z should run for about 9.8 hours.

HTC Desire Z will be sold in India at a market price of Rs. 25,590 (580 USD).
