ZTE first chinese vendor to bring update to ZTE N880 to Android device.

ZTE is not the most renowned yet in terms of phone or Android smartphone manufacturer. But they sure do work hard. Just one week after Google announced the release of its Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update, ZTE announced that the update is ready for its N880E phone.
That’s faster than any other cellphone manufacturer, who most likely are still working on the update if there will be one.

“This announcement highlights ZTE’s long standing strategic relationship with Google and our determination to provide consumers with cutting-edge technology and the best smartphone experience,” said He Shiyou, ZTE head of the terminal Division.

Similarly, when the ZTE N880E launched earlier this year, it was one of the first device to come with Android 4.1. With this new update, it just shows how dedicated ZTE is with keeping its phones up to date.
With this update, the ZTE N880E will have updates to Google Now, gesture typing, Photo Sphere camera functionality and photo filter functions.

Hopefully more vendors will follow in ZTE footsteps by providing fast Android updates. That would be nice no? Or are you the type of user who are satisfied with what you have?
