The Dolphin browser has reached 9 million downloads. Not bad for a browser that’s competing against Mozilla with its Firefox mobile browser and the default Android browser.
The success from the Dolphin browser originally came from the tab support it offered on its first browser. As most browser offer this functionality, the Dolphin browser just went one step ahead and supporter browser plugins. For instance, one interesting plug-in is the read web page later. Pretty convenient when you know you won’t have Internet access all the time.
Aside from all this, the Dolphin browser is now available in multiple versions, from lower versions for older Android phones to higher-end such as the Dolphin Browser HD to the Dolphin Pad for Android tablets.
Haven’t tried the Dolphin browser yet? What are you waiting for? With new features like gestures, you’re definitely missing out on something!
