Finally, it seems like the Asus SL101 EEE Pad Slider is coming out this September.
The unique feature about the Asus EEE Pad Slider is the slide out keyboard from underneath the 10.1-inch touchscreen. This tablet will be powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of memory and either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage.
The 16GB version should be available for $399 and the 32GB version for $550. Aside from this, the Asus EEE Pad will be running Android 3.1 Honeycomb with an update to Android 3.2 down the road. The tablet will feature dual-camera for video conference, GPS and Wi-Fi.
Excited about it? I sure am, despite the fact that I love swiping my finger across the tablet, a keyboard is always welcome. With this integrated keyboard, the Asus EEE Pad Slider gets my complete attention. And you?
