So here comes another Galaxy phone by Samsung. The latest addition is the Samsung Galaxy R, a midrange phone.
The Samsung Galaxy R will feature a 4.19-inch touchscreen powered by a Tegra 2 processor and Nvidia’s GeForce GPU for graphic rendering. The Galaxy R can shoot 720p HD videos with full 1080p HD video playback. Thanks to the GeForce graphic card, the Samsung Galaxy R is optimized for superior game play. Games making use of the Tegra processor to its full capacity are available on the Tegra Zone in the Android Market.
The Samsung Galaxy R comes with 8GB of ROM expandable via microSD card.
For now, the Samsung Galaxy R has been released in Sweden. Other regions to come include Europe and Asia. There has not been any news regarding a possible release in America. Could it be the result of recent lawsuits Samsung is facing?
Hopefully not, the Samsung Galaxy R, may not be on par with the c, but it sure looks like a very nice phone. More information and release date to come.
