The tablet market is hot, extremely hot and Dell knows it.
In the past, Dell released the Dell Streak, a cross between a smartphone and a tablet. Unfortunately, Dell tablets, did not received the warm welcome they expected. In an attempt to renew with success, Dell is launching the Dell Streak Pro this coming June.
Although no official statement has been issued yet, we know a few facts. The Streak Pro will run on Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
It will feature a 10.1 inch screen running on a 1GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor. Storage wise, 3 versions will be available, 16GB, 32GB or 64GB.
You can capture any moments with the dual cameras available on the Dell Streak Pro, with a front 2 megapixel camera and a 5 megapixel rear camera. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are part of the standard connectivity available on this tablet.
Accessory wise, it seems like the Dell Streak Pro will include a docking station as well as a cover similar to the Ipad 2 including an integrated keyboard.
