HTC is trying to rebound after a very ordinary year despite the release of the HTC One X. How so? With the release of a new flagship device due for next year, the HTC M7. The codenamed M7 device should get a more formal introduction during the 2013 Mobile World Congress.
For now here are its specs as we know. The M7 will feature an amazing screen, not due to its 4.7 inch size, but rather because of its pixel density of 468PPI. In clear this means that the M7 screen will be brighter, more crisp, more detailed than any other phone on the market including the iPhone 5.
This beast will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.GHz with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. The M7 will come loaded with Android’s latest iteration 4.1 Jelly Bean along with HTC’s Sense 5.
In terms of camera, the HTC M7 will have a dual camera as most smartphones do, with a 2 megapixel camera in the front capable of recording 1080p as well as a 13 megapixel camera in the back. The audio part of the M7 is taken care of by Beats so you can rest assured you have the best in sound.
With specs likes these, its hard to say that this phone is not going to be a success. The only reason I can see is if Samsung’s Galaxy S4 specs will outshadow these ones. What do you think?
