MetroPCS just added Huawei’s first 4G phone to it’s Android line-up, the Huawei Activa 4G.
The Huawei Activa 4G features a 3.5-inch touchscreen and is powered by an 800MHz CPU with a mere 150MB of internal memory. The good news is that the Huawei Activa 4G also comes with a 4 GB memory card.
The Activa 4G will be running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Is there an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich? Not that we know of, but we really do hope in the future.
Otherwise the Activa 4G will come with a 5 megapixel rear camera as well as VGA front camera.
So is this phone any good? Sure it is, don’t forget the fact that it runs on 4G LTE network, which makes it very fast and on top of that affordable.
At a retail price of $149, the Huawei Activa 4G may not be your top of the line phone, but it surely is one of the most affordable LTE handset on the market.
