HTC is introducing a big phone integrating Beats technology to fill the needs of serious audiophiles. The HTC Sensation XL as it is called, features a huge 4.7-inch screen with a 480X800 resolution protected by a Gorilla glass.
The Sensation XL is powered by a single-core 1.5 GHz processor, with 768MB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. The device will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will feature an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording 720p HD videos. Furthermore, the camera on the Sensation XL features a wide-angle lens with dual LED flash, not bad for a camera phone.
Obviously, the main feature of this phone is the inclusion of Dr. Dre Beats Audio headphones, for optimal sound.
Pricing for the HTC Sensation XL is still not known. One thing is sure, this Android device is scheduled for November in Europe and Asia. Just in time for Christmas.
