Olivetti is launching two Android tablet in the Italian market. The Olipad 110 and the Olipad Smart which are already available in Australia are hitting the market this week.
The Olivetti Olipad 110 is a 10.1-inch Android tablet running Android 3.0 Honeycomb. The Olipad 110 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and will have 1 GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.
The cameras on this tablet are a 5 megapixel rear facing camera along with a 2 megapixel front facing camera.
In terms of connectivity, the Olipad 110 will have a lot to offer, from the standard Wi-Fi and bluetooth connection, to the 3G option, with micro-USB, micro-SD and HDMI ports.
The Olipad 110 is already available for €449 (USD $610).
On the other hand, Olivetti is introducing the Olipad Smart, a 7-inch tablet running Android 2.2 Froyo. The Smart will be powered by a 1GHz processor with 512Mb of RAM and 8GB of storage expandable via microSD up to 32GB.
In terms of connectivity, the Olipad Smart is as well connected as its bigger brother the Olipad 110.
The Olipad Smart will be available by the end of the week for €299 (USD $405).
