HP TouchPad. It seemed like the biggest tablet deal in history. And it was. Now with Android coming on it thanks to CyanogenMod, we’re getting closer to an Android tablet.
Well another hardworking team is making very good progress on it, Team TouchDroid has been able to dual boot HP TouchPad with webOS and Google’s Android.
The Android version used is Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. What does this means? It means we’re getting one step closer to a working HP Android TouchPad. It’s just a little step thought. Touchscreen functionalities, ports assignments, speakers, microphones and everything else still need to be ported on the TouchPad.
