It seems like Sony is preparing to launch its next Android flagship device codenamed Nozomi. The Nozomi is also known as model number SO-02D in Japan or LT26i/LT26a elsewhere in the world. The single core 1.4 GHz device comes with 1GB of RAM and features a 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 1280 X 720p.
The device is rumored to launch this year as early as this coming November. The Nozomi will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will supposedly replace the Sony Xperia Arc. But will it really become Sony’s flagship device for Android? Not sure as the Xperia Duo with dual-core and a big 4.5-inch screen can also fill those big shoes.
All we can say is that Sony is preparing its next generation of Android devices with the Nozomi and the Xperia Duo.
