Parrot AR Drone coming to Android, Bada, Symbian

Remember that awesome AR. Drone helicopter? The one that came out during E3 last year and that you could control using your Iphone?

Well during this year E3 the Parrot’s Augmented Reality company just announced more control devices. They now include support for Iphone, Ipad, Android, Bada and Symbian devices.

The Augmented Reality device, controlled through Wi-Fi is going to get a free Android app remote control on July. The app will let you control the Parrot Drone through your Android phone. You can also have a view of real-time images captured by the two cameras on the Drone on your phone.

The Drone is an extremely fun helicopter to control. It can fly in all directions and moves very swiftly anywhere. The Parrot Drone company announced an international competition where registered users can show-off their skills. Finalists to this competition starting June 24 will be able to compete to the final competition taking place on October 1st in Paris.
