The new buzzword in the high-tech industry? 3D.
Sharp is making a comeback in the mobile phone industry with the release of yet another 3D phone, the Sharp Aquos SH-12C 3D.
This handset runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a 1.4GHz Qualcomm processor. In terms of memory, the Sharp Aquos SH-12C 3D will have 512MB of RAM and 2GB of ROM.
This marvel will feature a big 4.2-inch qHD touchscreen with a dual 8-megapixel camera for 3D photos and videos.
The 3D function does not require any glasses, it is the same technology used by the LG G-Slate tablet or the HTC EVO 3D. It’s 3D glasses-free.
Finally in terms of connectivity, the Sharp Aquos SH-12C 3D will feature HSDPA 14Mpbs, GPS and Bluetooth.
This mobile will exclusively be available May 20 in Japan on the NTT DoCoMo network. A global launch for this glasses free 3D phone? Not any time soon it seems.
