Malware is making its way on the Android Market

Android Market is growing fast, and along this exponential growth, malware programs can be found too.
Google’s developers for the Android Market have it relatively easy when it comes to getting approval for an application, as opposed to the iTunes App Store where the process can takes weeks if not months.
Some say that this permissiveness is what led some malicious parties to create phishing programs. These programs look for users personal information, or as recently discovered, fake bank interfaces, waiting for users to input their bank account and pin.
As in everything web related, beware Android users when using unknown applications or visiting unsecured websites.
