Android updates, that is a tough one. According to SamMobile, a few select Samsung devices will see the update to Android Key Lime Pie 5.0. The lucky devices to get the Android update are for now, the newly released Samsung Galaxy S4, the Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet and the Galaxy Note 10.1.
As you’ll notice, some famous devices are missing, namely the successful Samsung Galaxy S2 and the Samsung Galaxy Note. Other lower end devices or devices that haven’t been very successful won’t see the update either. These include but are not limited to the Galaxy Grand Duos, the Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S3 Mini and the Galaxy Young.
Remember these are rumors for now and nothing is confirmed yet. The list can still change either way. It will probably all settle down during Google’s annual I/O conference this year in May. More to come in the near future.
