Viewsonic is preparing to launch another 7-inch Android tablet. Currently the company already have the Viewpad 7 on the market since 2010. But it is preparing to launch the first 7-inch tablet running Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
The Viewpad 7x will have the dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor and dual cameras for video conference. HDMI output, DLNA support will also be available, so this tablet will entertainment ready. HSPA+ will also be available, so this tablet could run on T-Mobile’s or AT&T 4G network.
Weighing only 0.84 pounds (380 grams), this tablet is indeed very small.
The expected release date should be around June, and the official announcement should be by Viewsonic during the Computex fair on May 31st in Taiwan.
